2024 promises to be a very tough election cycle. In order to win competitive races, Democrats will need to both fully consolidate and mobilize their base and bring over persuadable swing voters. Key demographics include young turnout voters, Latino swing and turnout voters, and white blue-collar swing voters, among others.
